1. We remove and dispose of any existing vegetation or weeds in your lawn.
2. We use the latest in tilling technology to ensure a thorough preparation and pulverization of the soil ; comprehensive soil preparation ensures effective root-structure growth for any seeding project.
3. ValleyScapes plants seed with machinery that equitably distributes the proper amount of seed for your seeding project, resulting in a better uniform coverage of grass. Depending on the project, we’ll either use a verta-cut slice seeder (seen above) or primary seeder. The verta-cutter slices the dirt and then drops in just the right amount of seed (for better contact of the seed with soil), which results in a higher percentage of seed germination.
4. If we’re over seeding, our verta cutter will perform mild dethatching while at the same time rolling the proper amount of seed into the ground.
